About the Classes:
Beginner Adult Ballet:

This class is for the student with little to no experience in ballet.

The student will be introduced to fundamental ballet technique and principles. The class will progress through the basic vocabulary of barre and centre exercises throughout the term, with an emphasis on correct anatomical alignment and ease of movement.

A great class to improve posture, strength, flexibility, and balance, while having fun and dancing to music!

Class sizes are strictly limited to provide a personal learning experience that caters to each student.

Open Adult Ballet:

This class is suitable for a student who is familiar with the basic vocabulary of ballet exercises, and is comfortable to flow through a simple barre & centre. More complicated patterns & steps in centre-work are broken down into their technical components.

Class will progress through a full barre and centre, with a focus on understanding principles of technique to gain confidence in all aspects of class. A great class to expand your vocabulary, gain greater understanding of technique and body mechanics, and find ease and enjoyment in movement!

This class is suitable for intermediate adult ballet students, students who have done ballet in the past and would like to get back into it, and dancers of other styles who are looking to supplement their current training.

Class sizes are strictly limited to provide a personal learning experience that caters to each student.
